    The Nanjing surface treatment plant opened in 2017 and passed AS9100 the same year — finishing stays in-house.

    Quotation & process plan

    A quotation accompanied by the machining route, fixturing approach and inspection method — not just a price.

  3. 03

    First article & validation

    Full-dimension first-article inspection, reported and signed off before series production begins.

  4. 04

    Series production & process control

    Scheduled on the flexible line, with AHP quality software across production and QA, and full traceability.

  5. 05

    Finishing & final inspection

    Anodising and other finishing in our own plant, then final inspection, packing and despatch.
