A session on financial management was held recently at the New Hongji Training School. It was taught by founder and General Manager Li Jian, on the theme of company-wide financial thinking and comprehensive budget management.
The first half focused on the fundamentals, working through the core concepts of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement in plain language so that staff could see the basic structure of how the business runs.
