The ultra-precision manufacturing history of Suzhou New Hongji Precision Parts Co., Ltd. began in 1992 with the Suzhou Hongji Plastic & Hardware Factory. Following expansion and relocation, the present company was registered in 2005 and is now based in Suzhou Industrial Park.
Over three decades the company has built up experience in precision components, optical lens barrels and mechanism parts, with complete engineering, machining and inspection capability — and a long-standing leading position in thin-wall and deformation-prone work.
Principal applications are medical, optical and general industrial: haematology analyser components, microscopy parts and non-contact medical device components; infrared detection parts, chromatography parts, lens assemblies and their mating precision components; and semiconductor, industrial pump body and high-end pressure regulator components.
A high-mix, low-volume policy has been held since founding, with the aim of providing complete manufacturing solutions rather than isolated operations. An in-house R&D centre was established in early 2010, alongside ongoing research collaboration with universities.
