Thin-wall instrument housing

Thin-wall structural housings for haematology analysers and similar instruments, held to a zero-cosmetic-defect standard with batch-stable anodised colour.

Thin-wall instrument housing

The risk in thin-wall work is deformation: clamping stress and cutting heat leave the part to relax unpredictably once it comes off the machine. New Hongji runs dedicated fixturing and stress-relief routes for these parts — a capability the company has been known for over most of its history.

Medical instrument housings are constrained on appearance as well as dimension. Finishing is done in the company-owned Nanjing plant rather than subcontracted, so anodised colour can be controlled and traced batch to batch.

Send us the part nobody else will quote

Thin walls, slender shafts, awkward geometry, micron tolerances. This is the work we have been doing for thirty-four years.
